The Public Employees' Retirement System of Mississippi (PERS) will have limited ability to process requests in customer accounts Friday, February 16, due to necessary software upgrades scheduled from Friday through the three-day Presidents' Day weekend.
During the upgrade, the PERS' processing system will be taken off line, which will allow for access to static data only. Because of this limitation, PERS encourages anyone who may need account information beyond simply accessing static information to call prior to Friday, February 16, or wait until Tuesday, February 20.
