Lisa's Spring Time Inspirations 

Originate and Arise
 
I love these words as I feel they really remind me of what Spring is about. Its not just the flowers and the warmer weather, but a time to shake off the cobwebs, take a breath of fresh air, and lighten up in body, mind and our daily life.
 
Spring is the perfect time to reassess and see how we can ease up on our daily overloads, clutter, stress, over indulging, and those Winter blahs and create a new cleaner energy with our food ( new recipes, cookbooks, gardens etc) and within ourselves.



This Spring I am remodeling a room, putting away my Winter clothes, restocking my pantry and fridge with fresh, clean, nutritious foods, adding in a few new and improved kitchen tools  
(http://inspiralized.com), adding to my cookbook collection (The Minimalist Bakers everyday cooking, Oh she glows everyday, Hippie Lane: The Cookbook) bringing in some new fresh scents,  and have committed to a 10 minute meditation practice each morning ( www.headspace.com ).
 
All of these have helped me elevate my Springtime self.
