SereZen - Calm Your Nerves!
We love our active lifestyles.  In fact, most people thrive on keeping their calendars full!
But, the stress, anxiety and fatigue that can come from always running here and there will sometimes
stress our immune system and change the way we interact with people.   Moodiness and having a short fuse
is common when we are feeling overwhelmed.
Liv's SereZen is made to help the body ADAPT to stress and actually elevates your mood.  This special and unique formula
includes adaptogenic herbs; herbs that increase your body's ability to adapt to environmental and internal stresses.   SereZen's ingredients target two significant chemicals produced in the brain:  SEROTONIN AND GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid).  These two chemicals are critical in creating emotional balance and mood elevation.
Scientific evidence suggests that low serotonin levels are a common consequence of modern living.  Because of this, more and more people are experiencing depression, weight issues, hyperactivity, vague muscle aches and sugar cravings.  There is strong evidence that all of these maladies may be correctable by raising brain serotonin levels.
Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is an amino acid that occurs in the central nervous system and that is associated with transmission of nerve impulses.  Low levels of GABA may contribute to a person's anxiety and feeling incapable of managing stressful situations.
The key to having success with SereZen is to remember to spray it in your mouth throughout your day.   And when you are having a particularly stressful situation you may want to spray as a booster dose!

On Hallowe'en the thing you must do
Is pretend that nothing can frighten you
And if somethin' scares you and you want to run
Just let on like it's Hallowe'en fun.
