"Stop Dieting and Start Thriving" CD

The answer for natural and permanent weight release comes from embracing three specific principles!  Joline invites you to listen in as she discusses the reasons to detoxify your body, eat the right fats and alkalize your way to a thin, healthy body!

A free, easy way to stay on track!

Do you have any idea how many calories are in that "healthy salad" you're about to order from the menu???  Counting calories isn't alot of fun - but when you're trying to release unwanted weight it's important to KNOW if you are eating hidden calories.  Because they will add up, day by day, and thwart your efforts to seriously drop pounds. I've found a terrific app that I've recommended to many of my health clients that has the calorie count for 1,000's of restaurant items. Additionally, they have a bar code scanner so you can add food into the app simply. Did you know that the Garden Fresh Salad with dressing from Olive Garden is 290 calories - and that's just the first course!  It's worth the time to log your daily items - and then really KNOW your true calorie numbers!!

The season to make $$$
What are the benefits of a home based business? Would a little extra cash be helpful?
Here are 4 top benefits a home business provides:

1.  More Work Time, Less Commute Time.
According to a recent Gallup poll, Americans spend an average of almost 50 minutes a day commuting to and from their offices. With the rise in gas prices, cutting back on the amount of driving done in a day is a great way to save some extra cash.
2. The Ability to Scale Up or Scale Down Quickly.
When you rent or own office space, the size of your business is fixed to the size of the space. In the event where downsizing makes sense, you may not be able to do so quickly if you are signed to a long-term lease. Working from your home allows you to hire more people or fewer people, or simply work alone.
3. Flexibility of Working Hours.
Being able to work at night or first thing in the morning is a great boon for those entrepreneurs who are juggling children or other obligations. Mobile phones, faxes and email allow you to interact with your customers and suppliers at any time of the day or night. You can more easily accommodate customers in different time zones and kids' school schedules.
4. You get to keep the money you make. It's a simple principle: the harder you work, the more money you can make. Your earning potential is directly proportional to your performance, so you don't have to wait for a raise or a promotion. You work harder, and you produce more.

Season's Changing
for BLOX!

Blox is THE immunity building product in the Liv International line.  It's unique formula of 5 different mushrooms and herbs will assist in balancing the body as it transitions from season to season.  Instead of feeling vulnerable to every sniffle and cold that travels from person to person, you will feel empowered to go about your day knowing that your immune system is strong and can ward off these invaders.    Medicinal mushrooms have been used in Japanese and chinese cultures for centuries.    They have been used as adaptogen, a nutrient that helps to balance the various systems and functions of the body.
Adaptogens are found from nature.  They must be ingested into our body to do their magic.  Adaptogens - like the medicinal mushrooms in the Blox formula:  Maitake, Turkey Tail, Tiaga, Den Shen and Shitake have powerful effects on the body.   They literally allow the body to ADAPT to daily stress, new situations and a change in the weather.  Now is the time of year that your body is requiring more assistance.  The weather is getting colder, you may be eating more cooked foods, you are around more people in an enclosed space.  Your body needs more of a boost for your immune system and BLOX delivers!
The easiest way to consume Blox is 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.  When you feel a cold or a sense of being "run down" then increase your dose to 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon.
Blox is on sale for $25!!!

Chunky Almond hummus
"With the kids going back to school Mom's everywhere are looking for healthy snacks to serve after school.
This nutty hummus is great with carrot sticks, jicama sticks, and crackers."

Recipe takes advance preparation.
1-1/2 cups almondS
1-1/2 cups water, for soaking
1 lemon
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup water
Big pinch Celtic Sea salt
1. The day before you want to make this dip, place the almonds in a medium sized bowl and add the water. Cover the bowl with a tea towel, place the bowl in the fridge and leave nuts to soak for at least 8 hrs (it's best to soak them over night).
2. Strain the soaked almonds and then put them into the food processor.
3. Juice the lemon and add the juice to the food processer.
4. Peel and roughly chop the garlic and add to the food processor.
5. Add the cumin, sesame oil, olive oil, water and oil.
6. Proess the ingredients for at least 30 seconds, until you have a nice mushy, fully blended dip.
Mommy tip: Chunky Almond Hummus is also a great sandwich spread. Include sliced cucumbers and lettuce in the sandwich for an extra crunch!
