The Secret is Fulvic Minerals!

It's the fulvic minerals!!! First, a definition for Fulvic minerals. Fulvic minerals should NOT be confused with folic acid or synthetic vitamins. Fulvic minerals, also known as fulvic acid, are created from extremely small amounts of millions of microbes working on decaying plant matter. The most potent are found in soil from decomposed, prehistoric plant life. Liv has an exclusive arrangement from a location in southern Utah - where they harvest this nutrient rich ingredient.
Fulvic acid is an extremely powerful antioxidant - rendering free radicals harmless! They also scavenge heavy metals and detoxify pollutants away from the body.
When your body is given this kind of assistance in detoxifying and cell growth - you will have more energy!
Fulvic minerals are fulvic acid combined with minerals. These minerals contain more than 70 electrolytes; supplying a charge of electricity to every cell. Again, energy!

4 cups mashed up fruit
1/4 cup lemon or lime juice (optional)
1/2-1 cup honey or 1/4-2 cups sugar
1/4 cup water
3 tsp pectin powder
4-12 tsp calcium water*
POMONA'S UNIVERSAL PECTIN*
1. Wash & rinse glass 8oz jars with air tight lids. Remove hulls, stems, pits, and wash fruit.
2. Measure fruit into a large bowl with lemon or lime juice (optional).
3. Measure sugar or honey or sugar substitute. Add to the fruit and mix well.
4. Bring water to a boil and put in blender. Add proper amount of Pectin powder, vent lid and blend 1-2 minutes until all powder is dissolved.
5. Add hot liquid Pectin to fruit; stir until well mixed.
6. Add 4 tsp calcium water from jar, stir well. Jell should appear. If not, continue adding 1 tsp calcium water and stirring until jell appears.
7. Fill containers to within 1/2" from top. Put on lids and store in freezer immediately. After thawing, freezer jam will last about one week. Keep refrigerated.
*Calcium water: put 1/2 cup white calcium powder and 1/2 cup water in a small clear jaw with a lid. Refrigerate between uses. Shake well before using.
*Pomona's Universal Pectin: I prefer to use this Pectin because it allows you to use the sweetener of your choice as opposed to just sugar because it is activated by calcium, not sugar.
