Training Survey
Anderson & Anderson Training Survey
Important Message From Anderson & Anderson Anger Management

Anderson & Anderson is committed to offering the best possible anger management experience through our classes and our training programs (for providers/facilitators). As much as we proclaim to be the best in the nation and the world, it is very important for us to remember that feedback from customers (and providers) is valuable (and appreciated). We are in the process of setting up a "Quality Improvement" strategy, which involves using the feedback of customers and providers to improve our services. At this point, we are in the beginning stages of this process. We would much appreciate it if you could provide feedback based on your experiences dealing with Anderson & Anderson.

I have attached a link for this short survey. We would really appreciate it if you can take the time to complete the survey, it will just take a few minutes of your time. We want to improve our services and address any concerns or complaints that past customers or providers may have. Any additional feedback, no matter how critical, is much appreciated. Thank You for your time.

We thank you in advance,
Team Anderson & Anderson

Advanced Group Facilitation
This live training program is intended to help participants understand how to effectively teach skills in anger management and domestic violence.  In addition, information regarding the establishment and maintenance of an anger management practice.

The facilitation skills practiced in this training program will be useful to anyone if used over time under supervision or with consultation.  Teachers, counselors and correctional staff can use this model effectively, as can tutors in literacy programs and group home staff.  You don't have to be an expert facilitator yourself to conduct this program.  Each group can and should serve as a learning experience that increases the competency of the leader.

Group facilitation can be thought of as a process aimed at helping clients to better understand their own and other peoples behavior.
