The 2018 ELECTION FORUM SERIES

Held on Thursdays in April at the Rood Center (950 Maidu Ave) the following sessions  will also be broadcast live on KVMR 7-8:30pm (7-9pm April 12):  

∙  April 12: Presenting Candidates for US House of Representative District 1
∙  April 19: Presenting Candidates for Board of Supervisor District 3
∙  April 26:  Presenting Candidates for Nevada County Sheriff

N evada County Arts Council (NCArts)
  will pres ent the 2018  Sierra Poetry Festival on April 28th at Sierra College  in Grass Valley. 

This full day event will feature readings, open mics, workshops, discussion, youth voices and activism to celebrate the many ways that poetry can act as an agent for change.
