PRICING & PACKAGES:

A. Seaboard IC Experience (December 20-27): $1716
The "Full Package Price" includes 3 days of in Charleston, SC and 5 days in Orlando, FL, the cost of USY International Convention, Pre-Convention, bussing to Charleston and from Charleston to Orlando, flight from Orlando, all Kosher meals and snacks, and all programs and admission fees.

The "Full Package Price" includes:
  • registration to USY International Convention in Orlando, FL
  • pre-convention that will be home-hospitality hosted by Synagogue Emanu-El (COSY),
  • "Wheels-style" bus transportation to Charleston making pick-up stops in Rockville, MD, Northern VA, Richmond, and NC,
  • Sightseeing in Charleston by day,
  • Exciting evening activities,
  • A special Shabbat together,
  • Seaboard will then drive from Charleston to Orlando where we will join over 750 USYers at USY International Convention,
  • 5 days of USY programming,
  • Volunteering in the greater Orlando area,
  • Study sessions, ruach, exciting evening programs, and more!!!
  • A group flight from Orlando to Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA) at the end of convention.

B. Buy Your Own Flight Experience (December 20-27): $1560
The "Buy Your Own Flight" price allows you to purchase your own airline ticket to an airport other than Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA) or use miles for your flight FROM Orlando. The "Buy Your Own Flight Price" includes 3 days of in Charleston, SC and 5 days in Orlando, FL, the cost of USY International Convention, Pre-Convention, bussing to Charleston and from Charleston to Orlando, all Kosher meals and snacks, and all programs and admission fees.

The "Buy Your Own Flight" price includes:
  • registration to USY International Convention in Orlando, FL,
  • pre-convention that will be home-hospitality hosted by Synagogue Emanu-El (COSY),
  • "Wheels-style" bus transportation to Charleston making pick-up stops in Rockville, MD, Northern VA, Richmond, and NC,
  • Sightseeing in Charleston by day,

This package does NOT include transportation FROM Orlando.

All flights being booked from Orlando International Airport (MCO) on Thursday, December 27 th  must depart after 5pm. 


C. USY IC ONLY Experience (December 23-27): $1218
The "USY International Convention Only Price" includes:
  • registration to USY International Convention in Orlando, FL,
  • 5 days of USY programming,
  • Volunteering in the greater Orlando area,
  • Study sessions, ruach, exciting evening programs, and more!!!
Travel and pre-convention are NOT included as a part of this package.

Airport transfers will be available to / from Orlando International Airport (MCO) only for:
  • arrivals on Sunday, December 23rd for flights arriving before 1pm 
  • departures on Thursday, December 27th for flights departing after 5pm. 


CANCELLATION POLICY:
As we get closer to convention, we invest more funds on behalf of your child's participation in International Convention. Therefore, the USY International Convention cancellation policy is as follows:
  • Cancellation prior to October 16th – No cancellation fee
  • Cancellation from October 17th – November 1st - $100
  • Cancellation for November 2nd – December 4th- $250
  • Cancellation after December 4th – No Refund
