"Isn't Time to Care for Our Family Caregivers" so wrote author Gail Sheehy in 2007. The need is greater today as more people, primarily women and girls, take on the responsibilities of caring for an adult. Lynn Friss Feinberg founded Family Caregiver Alliance to improve the quality of life for caregivers of loved one with dementia. It now has grown to include a valuable resource National Center on Caregiving.
