GUESS WHAT WE'RE UP TO!
We've picked our topic of focus, we've set our rules of operation, we've selected the group leaders, we've determined 4 events we want to host AND now it's time to get this partay started!!
Here's what we are up to.
Our focus area this year will be immigration awareness and appreciation. But hold on....this immigration awareness and appreciation will be done LI style. We are thinking "out of the box" to host athletic fun to support the cause, media campaigns, awareness weeks and more. We've even included bringing our middle schoolers along.
At the helm of it all will be Donica, Leslie and Duge to assist! A big CONGRATS to those 3. They have a BIG job that require BIG shoes to fill but the votes are in and the crew is confident they can do the job.
Up this week.....planning for our 1st project begins wooooohoooo!!
