Monday Luncheon Keynote
Rising from the ashes of poverty and childhood abuse, Les defeated the odds and rose to prominence by earning a Junior Olympic Gold Medal and playing Major League Baseball.  Along with his syndicated sports radio show "Breakin' the Norm", heard weekly, his high energy presentations inspire others to break through, push forward, and become not just what they want to be, but what they never imagined they could be!  To learn more, visit www.lesnorman.com.    
Kevin Laue
Monday, 8:30-9:30 Adult & Youth Session: "Nothing is Out of Reach" 
Kevin Laue, nearly seven-feet-tall, with flaming red hair, commands attention simply by walking on stage. His story, however, never fails to hold that attention for audiences of all ages.  The first player missing a limb to play NCAA Division 1 basketball, he overcame the early death of his father, a challenging home environment and a league of critics to become one of the top high school basketball players in his home state of California while earning a scholarship to join the Manhattan College Jaspers.  Today he travels the globe, inspiring audiences in Asia, Africa and Europe as well as at home.  He has spoken at the United Nations in New York, serves as a spokesperson for the Boys and Girls Club of New Jersey, and is a board member at New Jersey Special Olympics.  To learn more visit www.kevinlaue.net
Jaron Myers
Sunday 6:30 pm Adult Session : " Laughing Your Way Through It "
Jaron Myers, a native of Springfield, MO, is an award-winning powerhouse of unique and witty humor, combined with a gift of musical talent.  His likeable character, and edgy but clean humor has kept him busy with a tour calendar of over 250 shows last year.  Myer's show combines standup comedy, audience participation, and well crafted hilarious songs that will kick off the conference.
Sean Siebert
Monday 10:45-12:00pm Adult Session : " Adopt an Innovator -- Ideas and Innovation Program
Dr. Sean Siebert is a passionate innovator with a focus on job creation through entrepreneurship and the acceleration of existing business.  Through his efforts, Siebert has created an economic development model that binds education and economic development through entrepreneurship and innovation.  Currently, Siebert serves as the founder and C.E.O. of the strategic management firm Invent Yourself, LLC, and the creator of the "Adopt An Innovator" business model for rural community re-development.
