Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all His benefits—
who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion,
who satisfies your desires with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Psalm 103:1-5
As we end 2017, I want to encourage us to remember.
To look back and remember all God has said and done over this year.
Every miracle.
Every prophecy.
Every healing.
Every provision.
Every chain broken and breakthrough given.
Every word that changed atmospheres.
Every touch that brought healing.
The big and the little.
And everything in between!
Yes, let’s take time to not forget, but truly remember!
To write it down and read it over.
To speak it out and hear it again.
To fall on our faces in worship.
And laugh and dance and sing in praise.
To sit at our Father's feet and sit in our Father's lap.
To rejoice in His goodness and revel in His kindness.
To hear His words of love and feel His smile of joy.
To take what He's done in the past and know that He's only getting started.
To remind ourselves and others that God is good all the time. That His mercies are everlasting. And His grace is unending.
Yes, God is good and He's done mighty and amazing things this year!
Partner with us as we proclaim it to the world!
Come on, everyone! Let’s sing for joy to the Lord!
Let’s shout our loudest praises to our God who saved us!
Everyone come meet His face with a thankful heart.
Don’t hold back your praises; make Him great by your shouts of joy!
