Dear friends,

Great stories usually include a few basic elements – a hero, a villain, and a challenge or journey that must be embraced. This is why the story of Easter is the greatest story of all time.

This Easter, we are going to talk about the journey of Jesus to the cross, and ultimately the journey from death to life. It’s an incredible story and a journey that you will want to invite your friends to go on along with you.

I have two brief assignments for you. First, within the next week, consider who you might invite for Palm Sunday, Good Friday or Easter Sunday services. An invitation from a friend may be the very thing that starts their journey with God. Second, talk with your friends, your family or your small group about how you can serve. Easter is a time when we host many new families and we want to be fully prepared to serve them well. Hillcrest Kids will need a huge number of volunteers that day, so if you can hold a child, open a juice box or read a Bible verse, we can find a place for you!

Let’s help others make the journey together,
Randy Bohlender
Senior Pastor

8 AM & 9:30 AM & 11:00 AM
