Baker extraordinaire Dina Bennet combines the French baking techniques she learned at Le Cordon Bleu with her own Texas twist to create the most sublime breads, cakes, pies and pastries this side of Paris (Texas or France). She uses the highest quality ingredients (free-range eggs, European butter, organic sugar and natural sweeteners), mixed with lots of love in all her creations.
