Benefits St. Mark's Food Pantry
Dorcas House Dinner
Rev. Tom makes a mean spaghetti sauce!
No need to make dinner on Monday, January 29, just bring everyone to the annual Spaghetti Dinner! This yearly event helps to stock the food pantry at St. Mark's, City Heights. The cost of dinner is a donation (or two, or three, or more..) of non-perishable food.

Last year we served 253 meals, donated two carloads of food, and $520 in cash donations for the pantry. All cash donations at the door go directly to St. Mark's.  Look for your evite - coming soon!

Weekly Food Collection - St. Mark's
Donations are needed through the holidays!
Del Monte veggies
Bring canned vegetables this week
The Neighborhood Food Pantry needs continue. If you'd like to donate, the basic non-perishable items are always needed but here's a weekly list you can follow:

  • January 14 - canned vegetables
  • January 21 - canned protein
  • January 28 - beans (canned and dried)

If you think an injustice is your burden to carry or your calling is only on you, you've missed the point. Part of bearing a cross is learning how to share the journey with others and remember that we carry our crosses together. #love heals
