Injury Prevention Clinic

Please join us for an in-store clinic on Thursday, March 22nd at 7pm with Dr. Tara Koff, a sports chiropractor, an IRONMAN Network Physician, and a full-body certified Active Release Technique practitioner at Koff Chiropractic Clinic in Manassas. Dr. Koff will be discussing how to run without getting injured! Dr. Koff will be giving an informative lecture on how alterations in the gait cycle can lead to injury and an overview of ways to avoid injury. She will also discuss Active Release Technique, which is the leading-edge technique that Dr. Koff has used to treat Olympic qualifiers and other athletes to maintain optimal health. In-store Clinic - Enhancing Running Performace Through the use of Kettlebells
 Please join us for an in-store clinic with Matt Kull, owner of Rogue Kettlebell Fitness. Matt will discuss how to enhance running performance through the use of Kettebells.
Kettlebells have gained a reputation as an amazing strength and conditioning tool. Did you also know they can help better your running ability by improving your overall strength and flexibility, improving your resistance to body injury, and increasing your conditioning. Come to this kettlebell workshop to learn a few basic kettlebell moves that will aid your running, as well as how to incorporate them into a simple, yet effective, strength and conditioning program that will complement any runner's program.
Matt Kull is the owner of Rogue Kettlebell Fitness (6611 Jefferson St. #103, Haymarket, VA 20169). Matt has been using kettlebells for 10 years.
