Love is in the kitchen!
February can be a tough month- the holidays are over, but Winter is still here! I embrace Valentine's Day as a way to focus on all the love that surrounds us! The kitchen is a great place to show your love- make a special meal for your loved ones; bake a sweet treat to share with others (or eat it by yourself and call it self-love...I'm not here to judge!); or simply gather around the table and talk.
Below is one of my MOST FAVORITE recipes- Italian Beef! It is my way to share some love with you!

Italian Beef
11/2 pound eye round roast (or rump)
4 C beef broth
3 cloves garlic, minced
1t red pepper flake
1t salt (or omit)
1t black pepper
2T basil
2t oregano
1t onion powder
Trim any fat from roast and cut into thin slices. Placing beef in freezer for about 20 minutes will make cutting easier. Place all other ingredients into a large heavy pot and slow simmer beef in au jus for about 25-30 minutes. Serve on hard crusty rolls and with a side of the au jus to dip. I also like to saute bell peppers to top sandwiches.

Change to Walk in Hours:
Beginning in February, the walk in hours will be Thursday and Friday; 10a-5p. I will still be at the kitchen most days, but require more flexibility to market, shop, and plan & promote classes. As most of you do currently, don't hesitate to text orders. It is VERY likely I will be able to meet you on an "off day" for a pick up! Communicate your need and I will accommodate you any way my schedule allows! 920.445.1489
Valentine's at 416!
Valentine items will be available beginning Friday the 9th. Hours will be extended to 2p-5p on Valentine's Day and items will be available through Friday the 16th. Orders are encouraged, walk ins are welcomed. Share some love!
  • Heart Cut Out Cookies $2 each
  • Chocolate Dipped Bread Sticks $1.50 each
  • Red Velvet Biscotti $1.50 each
  • LOVEsagna Roll Ups (meat, or veggie) 6 roll ups, feeds 2-3, $24

We will donate $150 to Ben's Wish-
that is 60 weekend back packs of food. Each week, Ben's Wish distributes 700 back packs of food to school children in Green Bay, Ashwaubenon, De Pere, Howard Suamico and surrounding areas. However, the need is closer to 1400 each week. Thank you for participating!

A Wonderful Community Resource: 
It's no secret I LOVE my De Pere community businesses! The culture of collaboration and cross promotion is a wonderful thing of which to be a part! Have you been to Dame Salon and Spa?
