This past Sunday, I ran my first Bay to Breakers in San Francisco. It is an iconic event in the Bay Area and I am grateful that I had the experience! It is a 12K run, but it is really a party with running shoes. People ran in costumes. People ran naked. People walked and ran in tribes, united by a shared connection to something perfectly ridiculous and fun! It was festive and full of life!

Before becoming a spiritual entrepreneur, I was always booked on Sunday morning. And I sort of wondered what the rest of the world was doing with that precious and least scheduled Sunday morning time slot, because clearly most of them aren't in church. Read on...
