This month we celebrate Valentine's Day and have some things here for you on relationships, and also an article on loving yourself. I've made the fondue before & am planning on making it again for Valentine's.
I attended a workshop in January on grief and hope to have a workshop, retreat, or support group this year on this very important topic. Most of us aren't really prepared to deal with one of the most difficult experiences of our lives. There are many losses we can experience related to relationships, work, health, pets, dreams, & material objects such as homes & prized possessions. While we can never truly prepare to deal with our losses, we can obtain the understanding & tools to help us through the process & heal our broken hearts to find peace again.
