Secretary Brown will be speaking about job creation in Oregon, including the Secretary of State's workforce development audit, the business portal, and online corporation applications. Secretary of State Kate Brown has been a dedicated public servant for the duration of her career. Prior to serving multiple terms as a state legislator, she was a practicing attorney helping children and families. She was our state's first female Senate Majority Leader and is currently serving as Oregon's 24th Secretary of State. |

In the age of 'do it yourself' legal documents, many people miss out on the advice they would receive from a lawyer. The letters LLC in your name will not protect you from being personally liable in a lawsuit if you have not been acting like an LLC. In this Lunch & Learn Jackie & Jay will review the 'must haves' and the 'must dos' of an LLC.
