What is M Club?
  
M Club is the varsity letter winner association. A student-athlete lettering in a varsity sport (men's and women's) at Mount Union is eligible to be a member of M Club upon graduation. You are receiving this newsletter because you are part of this elite group of athletes! M Club is a self-supported organization through members and fundraising events.
Women's Soccer wins their first OAC title since 1996 

Third seed Mount Union upset top-seeded Ohio Northern with a 2-1 win in the championship game of the 2016 Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Tournament.

This then led the Raiders to llinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinios for the first round of the NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Championships on November 12th.  Through a hard fought game, the Raiders fell to nationally ranked #3 trinity (Texas) 2-1. Coach Spotlight
Women's Soccer Head Coach Kelley Clark
Named OAC Coach of the Year

Clark is in her sixth season as head coach and guided Mount Union to a 12-6-3 record that included a school-record 11-game unbeaten streak and a first OAC Tournament title since 1996. It is her first OAC Coach of the Year honor and she is the fourth Mount Union coach to win the award, which was last won by Scott Langone in 2003.

The Mount Union Raiders are heading northeast to play the Hobart Statesmen for the NCAA first round game. For Mount Union, the last time they played a playoff game on the road was the National semi-final game vs. UW-Lacrosse in Madison, Wisconsin on Dec. 7, 1996. Mount Union won 39-21. Men's Cross Country Heading to NCAA Championships


Mount Union is one of 32 teams to qualify for the 2016 NCAA Division III Men's Cross Country Championships Saturday, November 19 at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Kentucky. Click here for more information on the team's success.

Purple Raiders Join in on the Mannequin Challenge!



What is the mannequin challenge you might ask? It is a viral internet video where people remain frozen in action like mannequins while a video is recorded. This phenomenon was started by students in Jackso nville, FL and has spread across the country and has now landed in Alliance, Ohio!  Click on the photo above  to check out the Raider's #MannequinChallenge at a Raider football game!

Nominate a fellow teammate or outstanding athlete for the 2017 induction class.
Graduates from the Class of 2002 or earlier are eligible. In order to be considered for the Hall of Fame, a nomination from an M Club member (by YOU) is required. Please take a moment to submit a nomination today!
