Seerah Conference Youth Activities
aH we were fortunate to spend some time with AbdelRahman Murphy and then conduct a gingerbread mosque building contest afterwards :)
 
Canoeing at UW
  Special thanks for all the volunteers who helped with rides! We had another great time canoeing at UW! aH it was a beautiful day as well :)

MCRC Crop Walk
  Thanks again to MCRC for this interfaith opportunity
where we walked with people of other faith groups to raise awareness for hunger

MCRC's Feeding the Needy with Shia Youth Group
  Special thanks to MCRC for the opportunity and to ALL the volunteers including our guests from the local Shia youth community who worked hard to make 300+ sandwiches
cards for North Helpline foodbank. These guys and gals also woke up EARLY on Saturday to go for distribution and did not eat until they had passed out all the sandwiches... after which we went to IHOPs :) A nice work everyone! 

Youth Extra Curricular Accomplishments 


Congrats to Laebah Hamid  for establishing a NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION; "Toddlers for Tomorrow." The VP, Secretary and Treasurers are Jaserah Hannan, Bilal Hamid and Wanees Hannan. Also congrats to Laebah and Diya for getting first place in the gingerbread mosque contest as well :D

Congrats to Haykal Mubin for getting an internship working at a preschool for the disabled mA!! 

Congrats to   Ali Memon for getting an opportunity to shadow breast cancer vaccine researchers at UW this summer!

Congrats to Omar Fageeri  for receiving student of the month twice!
