Choptank Health's New President

MASBHC would like to congratulate our former board president, Sara Rich, on her new role as President and CEO of Choptank Community Health. Sara will take over for outgoing President and CEO Joseph Sheehan at the end of this year.  Congrats Sara!
CPR in Schools

A new aspect to the MASBHC 2016 Annual Conference was the addition of hands on CPR trainings at the conference luncheon. The American Heart Association is striving to expand the number of students trained in CPR, through the same teaching methods that were used at our conference.

The American Heart Association, the trusted leader in heart health and education, created the CPR in Schools Training Kit. This training kit incorporates the very latest science. Students practice on a manikin while watching skills performed correctly on the DVD, a research-proven way to learn and retain lifesaving CPR skills.
