Crane Operator Qualification Course

Master Builders' Association, Constructors Association of Western Pennsylvania, Willis Towers Watson, and Zurich sponsored a Crane Operator Qualification Course on September 18, in Cranberry. More than 80 attendees, pictured below, were provided with a blueprint of how to create a protocol for crane operator qualification within OSHA’s proposed regulations.

PJ Dick-Trumbull-Lindy Paving Announces Leadership Transition

PJ Dick-Trumbull-Lindy Paving announced a leadership succession plan. Their Board of Directors has approved the transition of Chief Executive Officer Clifford R. Rowe Jr. into the role of Chairman of the Board, effective January 1, 2019. At that time, Jake Ploeger and Tim O’Brien will be promoted to Co-Chief Executive Officers.

Ploeger and O’Brien will be the third generation of family members to lead the company. Both joined the companies in 2009. Ploeger recently served as President of PJ Dick Industrial and Director of Corporate Business Development; O’Brien started Trumbull Energy Services in 2010 and is currently President of the division.
