In the month of December, there were 164 residential listings in the Montcalm County area with an average listing price of $179,263. As you can see from the photo below, 60 of those properties sold. Of those 60 listings that sold, the average listing price was $122,366 with an average sale price of $119,683. At the current rate of sales vs current inventory, we have just under 3 months of (residential property) inventory available.
