ARPEC NEWS

What's new at the training center?
ARPEC has recently installed a new Daikin (McQuay) chiller, which will be used by apprentices for training purposes. Training Director Phil Rodin reports that the chiller, which was made possible courtesy by Daikin and a considerable grant issued by the UA / MCAA International Training Fund, was installed by ARPEC instructors - led by Mike Didona - and apprentices, who are continuing to participate in the final set up of the chiller. Additionally, apprentices from Local Union 60 are in the process of insulating the new piping and chiller. MCASF member company Edd Helms AC & Electric installed the transformer & electrical wiring. Thanks Milwaukee! Alex Kramp with Milwaukee Tool provided training and safe usage tips to first year apprentices at the training center. Stop by the training center to see how Milwaukee Tools supports ARPEC!
