Monday, Sept. 16 New legislation expands the scope of Public-Private Partnerships (commonly referred to as P3s) in the State of Florida and creates new opportunities through private investment at all levels in the construction industry. Florida previously enjoyed the benefits of P3s for state transportation projects. Now, Florida's new legislation opens the door for P3 investment in local government projects
for the development, design and construction of civil and social infrastructure, such as health care and education facilities, water, sewer
