Strength for the Endurance Athlete
These 4-wek blocks of twice a week program is designed as a strength-specific compliment to an endurance athlete’s current training regimen.
Each session will begin with dynamic drill work, and finish with a specific stretching routine to compliment the day’s strength workout.

- Session I April 2nd through 26th
- Session II April 30th through May 24th
M/W 5:30-6:30am OR M/TR 7:00-8:00pm
