Sergeant Scissons has exhibited the superior performance qualities that are critical to the success and sustainment of the Ballistic Missile Defense Community while serving as the Tactical Director Assistant for the Information and Coordination Central, of the Fire Direction Center, 1st Battalion, 1st Air Defense Artillery, 94th Army Air and Missile Defense Command located on Okinawa, Japan.
