DelGrosso's Amusement Park Salutes Service Members
Memorial Day Weekend

Service Members and Veterans Ride & Slide for FREE all weekend
Free Fireworks Show & Water Park Opens for the Season
Tipton, Pennsylvania - DelGrosso's Amusement Park wants to say "Thank you for your service" to the many active members of the military and our veterans. Service members and veterans who show a military I.D. can ride and slide free on Saturday, May 26th; Sunday, May 27th and Monday May 28th.

The Tipton Waterworks & Rapids Water Park opens for the season on Saturday, May 26th.

"This is just our small way to say Thank you for all that our service members have done for our country," says Carl Crider, Jr., DelGrosso's Amusement Park President and General Manager. "Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial start to Summer and we want to help get Summer off to a great start by providing wonderful family fun deals!" Crider says. All Day Fun Passes (which include the Water Park) are just $12.95 a person ) for the month of May. DelGrosso's Amusement Park offers Free Parking and Free Admission.

Saturday night there will be a sky high salute for Memorial Day weekend with a free fireworks show. Galliker's Dairy and DelGrosso Foods are presenting the show around 9:15pm.

On Sunday, May 27th - Car enthusiasts can enjoy the 19th Annual Jaffa Antique and Classic Automobile Show on the front lawn of DelGrosso Foods. The car show will take place from 10am-3pm.

DelGrosso's Amusement Park will open at 11am on Monday, May 28th - Memorial Day.

***Detour Reminder - Due to bridge construction on Pleasant Valley Blvd there is no access to DelGrosso's Amusement Park from Exit 41. Please remember to use Exit 45 - Tipton/Grazierville***


DelGrosso's Amusement Park of Tipton, PA has been owned and operated by the DelGrosso Family since 1946 when Ferdinand (Fred) and Mafalda (Murf) DelGrosso purchased the land and attractions. Known as "Bland's Park" until 2000, the DelGrosso's have continued to emphasize Fred's original vision of "Old Fashion Fun at Family Prices." The park has become famous for "America's Best Amusement Park Food," and has been featured in national publications and media, including "Every Day With Rachael Ray" and the Food Network TV show, "Unwrapped." The DelGrosso Family also owns and operates DelGrosso Foods, which is America's oldest major family-owned producer of pasta sauce, and Marianna Foods, which helps area organizations in their fundraising efforts.
