Raffle Drawing & Chamber Social
The time is near when all MHAAA Raffle Ticket stubs and cash receipts must be submitted (see more IMPORTANT info below). Our Raffle Drawing will take place on March 16th at the Grumpy Troll Pizzeria. EVERYONE IS WELCOME! Click the link below for postcard with details. (You may have seen Heidi Clayton's beautiful poster around town as well. Thank you Heidi!) Please email the postcard to your friends, family, and customers, and share on social media. The more people who show up and order pizza, the more the Grumpy Troll will donate to our organization! This event is fun and we hope to see you there. Raffle Drawing Postcard.

IMPORTANT: If you plan to attend the Raffle Drawing event, please submit any ticket receipts and stubs you have, to Tamlyn before 7 PM that night. If you will not attend the event please mail them to her by March 15th (see address below). Do not send cash in the mail.

Storage Space Needed

Peggy Zalucha has sold her building!  This is the location where we have always stored all our stuff.  We need to clear everything out before the end of this month.  That means we need a new place to store our Spring Art Tour Signs, Posters, Note Cards, Tent & Exhibition Supplies.  Do you have a location where we can store these items?  Please contact Tamlyn (767-1281, or tamlyn@chorus.net) or Peggy (437-4792, or zalucha@zaluchastudio.com) if you can help us.

MHAAA President Nominations
We are still looking for a new MHAAA President. Following the Spring Art Tour Louise Kubista is retiring as President and we need someone to take up the torch. If you would like to volunteer or to nominate someone else, please send an email message to info@mhaaa.org.

President's Responsibilities Include:
  1. Conducting all quarterly MHAAA business meetings. The meetings usually occur on the 2nd Tuesday of the months of February, May, August, and November.  Other meetings may include Spring Art Tour follow-up meeting in June, and meetings & announcements at other events such as the Raffle Drawing, Exhibitions, etc. If President is unavailable for any reason, they should prepare another board member - Vice-President, Secretary or Treasurer - to be in charge.
  2. Preparation of Meeting Agendas and delivery of said agenda to person in charge of Constant Contact Newsletters.
  3. Other possible official duties such as photo opportunities where official representation of our organization is required.
