Our Ethiopian delegate, who made aliyah, will be joined by local immigrants of Cuban, Hmong, Druze and Mexican descent for a panel discussion. Roundtable discussions including the other delegates will follow, giving attendees a chance to participate.

Grants and Scholarships Available for Camp, Israel Programs

1) One Happy Camper provides grants up to $1,000 for first-time campers at Jewish overnight camps, made possible by a partnership between Milwaukee Jewish Federation and the Foundation for Jewish Camp.
2) Scholarships available for Jewish overnight camps and summer Israel programs for young people. The Jewish Community Foundation of MJF is accepting need-based applications

The Milwaukee Jewish Federation's annual Economic Forum - supported by nearly 50 business sponsors - was another sell-out crowd of 650 on Oct. 27. Keynote speaker and futurist Vivek Wadhwa had the full attention of attendees with examples of technology growth and the projected rapid growth of this industry, and much more.
