Warm-up Sunday Schedule and More

Join us on Sunday, 7/22, at the Monona Community Pool to:

Participate in warm-ups - each team is allotted a specific time for warm-ups(see tab).
Take a tour of the event grounds - see where the magic will happen!
Purchase All-City clothing and accessories.
Purchase concessions tickets in advance of the meet - avoid lines day of the event!
Pick-up volunteer t-shirts.

Introducing The All-City Swim App!

We said All-City 2018 would be a magical, Zero Waste event, and we meant it!

All-City 2018 will go where no other All-City event has gone before: paperless.

The app will allow you to quickly access important event information as well as be the electronic forum for heat sheets, results, event staging, up to the minute event info and so much more. Be sure to select your swimmer’s events in the Notifications tab to receive specific push notifications to your device.

We are so excited to debut the app at the All-City Swim meet next week! Make sure to download the FREE app today:

There are countless advantages to the app vs a physical program:

Cost savings...Heat sheets will be available on the app. The cost of paper heat sheets at the meet is $5 per session while the app is FREE!! Yep, I said free!
Zero Waste, literally! Paperless means no trees sacrificed.
Push notifications will keep you up to date on staging and events in the water for your swimmer(s). No more guessing!
All information in one place! You will have information regarding concessions, senior profiles, parking availability, events and staging, and more at your fingertips!

Zero Waste - What Does It Mean to You?

How can you participate?

BYO water bottle and refill it as often as you’d like, all weekend long – for FREE. Our new water bottle refill station helps prevent plastic waste and saves you money. Forgot your bottle? No problem. Purchase a refillable All City Swim souvenir bottle and fill it all weekend. Note, some bottled water will still be available for purchase, but we strongly encourage using refillable bottles instead. This includes volunteers!

Bring your waste items to Zero Waste stations located throughout the event grounds, where volunteers will help you recycle or compost your items instead of throwing them away, and answer questions about this initiative.

Prevent waste before it happens. Feel free to bring snacks from home, but consider alternatives to disposable packaging. Avoid bringing Styrofoam since it is not recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable.

Download our All-City Swim App for FREE and get all meet materials digitally. A limited number of no-frills heat sheets will be available, but there will be no traditional meet programs.

Ride your bike to All-City Swim and save gasoline, save money, reduce pollution and your carbon footprint. You can lock up your bike at one of two racks: (1) along Nichols Road in front of the pool entrance and (2) at Winnequah Elementary School.

Other exciting news:

We have worked with MGE, an All City Swim sponsor, to provide all power for the 2018 event from renewable energy sources, through MGE’s Green Power Tomorrow program.

Clothing will also be available for purchase throughout the All-City Swim Meet 7/26-7/28 at the Monona Pool. Our clothing crew recommends you make your purchases early as some items are available in limited quantities.
