request for comments
about regulations that may be appropriate for "repeal, replacement or modification," provides MOHR members, individuals with disabilities served and their families with an opportunity to make comments about the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Section 511 - "Limitations on use of Subminimum Wage."
WIOA and Section 511 are the drivers behind required meetings in recent months with individuals with disabilities, their families or guardians, the Centers for Independent Living (CIL) and Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS). These were to ensure that Career Counseling, Information and Referral Services" are provided and documented.
