MORR Announces Presenting Sponsors - Allstar Performance and Optima Batteries
Motor State Distributing Builds Partnership Through Vendors

Abrams, Wisc. (March 6, 2017) - Midwest-Off-Road Racing (MORR) is proud to announce the presenting sponsor for the 2017 calendar year. Motor State Distributing will support the Sportsman group with two of its vendors, Allstar Performance and Optima Batteries. This is the first presenting sponsor for MORR since its inception in 2010.

The added support came after evaluating Motor State's relationship with MORR. Since MORR's inception, Motor State has used the MORR Contingency Program to increase its presence in the off-road community. Last year the performance wholesale distributor added Allstar Performance support to the non-points MORR Sportsman event at Hartford Speedway in southwest Michigan. Soon after the conclusion of the most recent race season, discussion between Motor State, MORR and TORC led to the MORR Presenting  Sponsor title.

"Motor State distributes over 630 vendor lines throughout the motorsports and performance marketplace," noted marketing manager Scott Wahlstrom. "Associating two of our vendors to the MORR group will not only expand our exposure in the off-road community in the Midwest, but throughout North America."

Much of the financial support from the MORR presenting sponsor agreement will be added the Sportsman racer payout at the Buchanan, Michigan TORC event. The two days of racing at Red Bud MX begins on August 12. The TORC event "The Rumble at Red Bud" will also see Allstar Performance and Optima Batteries designated at the title sponsors of the weekend's Sportsman race program.

Allstar Performance will continue for the sixth consecutive season as a MORR Contingency Sponsor for the 2017 TORC Sportsman race season.

Over one hundred fifty Sportsman competitors create Midwest Off-Road Racing and will race alongside the TORC PRO classes throughout the seven weekends of racing.
