MORR ERX UPDATE

MORR Contingency Sign-Up

Most of the racers that are competing this weekend at ERX have filled out a contingency form which will be used during the 2017 season.

Contingency Tech will be open on Friday from 11am - 1pm and Saturday for one hour after the morning Sportsman Drivers' Meeting. (Approximately 8:30-9:30am). This time will be used for drivers that need any decals to keep their eligibility current.

The tentative location for Contingency Tech will be next to the USAC Tech Trailer.

As noted below the Contingency Form can be filled out ahead of time by following the link.

Short Course Kart  and Sportsman UTV Racers have contingency offers available to them just like the traditional truck and buggy classes.

Update - Many have sent their Contingency Declaration Form, and the online filing can also be done another way....... Once the contingency form is completed it can also be saved on your hard drive and then send it as an attachment [email protected]
 To be eligible for the MORR Sportsman ERX Contingency Offers, Sportsman racers must fill out the declaration form before start the start of Round Three - June 10, 2017.

To speed up the process, the form can be completed online and emailed before this Friday or racers can print out the form, fill it out, and bring it to Contingency Tech during the Contingency sign-up time.

Once the link is open, use Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader (Acrobat Reader is a free program that is on most computers and if not, there is a free upload available online. https://get.adobe.com/reader/ ) to open the fillable form.

Once the form is completed, click on the green box located near the bottom of the page.

To qualify for any of the Contingency Offers, including the year end awards, the driver of record must abide the guidelines of each offer, be a paid MORR member, display MORR decals on the race vehicle, and the MORR patch on each driver's race suit. NO EXCEPTIONS. The MORR patches and decals will be at Contingency Tech.

All truck and buggy racers the MORR membership was included with your entry fee. Sportsman UTV racers must pay the MORR membership at Contingency Tech.

The MORR Contingency Form needs to be submitted only once, unless there are changes to the racer's eligibility or if MORR adds more offers during the race season.
