"Lights, Camera, Communicate: Be the Star of Your Own Show"        Enrollment Nears Maximum: Sign Up ASAP!
This NEW program offers a rare opportunity  for middle school students  to create and host a short talk show!
In four sessions, the "hosts" will discover what is involved in being a confident and engaging talk show host. Instructor Mark Altman, founder and trainer of MindsetGo, is bringing this program to Wayland for the first time after success in other communities in our region.  He is an entrepreneur and a freelance sports reporter for the Associated Press, covering home games of the Boston Red Sox, Boston Celtics, and Boston Bruins.

Twelve participants will be taken, and enrollment is at 10 so sign up soon. Class starts Wednesday, October 26, 2016.

WMS Boys’ Hockey Team Tryouts:
- Sunday, October 23rd at 7:30am at Ryan Arena/Watertown and
- Wednesday, October 26th at 4:30pm at New England Sports Center (NESC)/Marlborough
Try out for the WMS boys’ hockey team!  The team is a game-only league and plays all home games at NESC with some non-league games at local rinks. The season begins at the end of October through late February/early March and is a great way to play with other hockey players in Wayland.  All players must have a current USA Hockey member ID # to tryout and play for the team.  Tryout fee is $50.

Please contact Jennifer Bonner at if your player is interested in trying out or for more information.
