A key buzzword in the manufacturing industry is 5S. So far we have highlighted the "Sort," "Set in Order," and "Shine" stages. Implementation of these steps results in a more optimized workplace. This blog series will explain what each of the 5S steps requires from a company.  Read more about the fourth step, "Standardize."

Suppliers were, and are, under constant pressure to reduce costs yet maintain and improve quality.  Read more about the MEP and vertical integration.
