Jack Cavier Retiring from Glenn County MVCD
From Jack Cavier:

I - Jack Cavier will be retiring on December 30, 2016 after almost 42 years in Mosquito Control and the last 13 years as District Manager.  I also served on the Biological Committee many years ago. The Board of Trustees have promoted Asst. Manager - Luke Niblack to District Manager starting January 1, 2017.  It  been an honor to have work with the great people with our MVCAC association over the many years.

Thanks Again,
Jack F. Cavier Jr.
Min-Lee Cheng Retiring from West Valley MVCD
From Min-Lee Cheng:

I have planned to retire from the West Valley MVCD for some time. Yesterday (Dec. 7), the board announced that Dr. Michelle Brown will be the new manager for the District. Michelle's email address is: [email protected]. Michelle worked as the Vector Ecologist at Northwest MVCD prior to accepting this new post at West Valley MVCD. Michelle and I will work together through the rest of December.

The time that I have worked in the vector control community since 1999 has been the best and most rewarding years of my professional career. Not only did I learn a lot from many of you in managing an independent district government, but also treasured the friendship and warmness you have shown me.

It saddens me to leave such a wonderful professional community, but you will always be in my heart wherever I may go.

My contact information is: 909-772-8118 (cell)
                                          Email: [email protected]

Wishing you and your family a very happy and safe holiday season!

Regards,
