It's Fall ya'll! This is by far my FAVORITE season of the year. It's perfect for cuddling up with little ones, sipping warm drinks, exercising in the brisk cool air, and playing in the leaves.
We have some awesome stuff coming your way this fall and winter so take a few minutes and read below for the details. Be sure to come out to our Mom's Night Out, participate in our "We CAN Do It" competition this week, and most important of all... come to class! :)

We CAN Do It!
We are having a canned food drive all this week to gather donations for the Second Harvest Food Bank. Please bring cans to any and all classes this week and plan for a 30 minute CAN blast in Thursday's class... if you missed the pumpkin class this is your chance to see how creative we can get with our exercises.
We are competing against Baby Boot Camp Santa Clara/Sunnyvale, Karna Fitness: Santa Clara/Sunnyvale and Karna Fitness: Cambrian Park, Los Gatos, San Jose (West) for a chance to have the other owners treat us all to coffee after class! It's not the number of cans that counts, but the percentage of participation so if everyone participates, we can't lose!
So... grab some cans, get an awesome workout, and help others in need. Everyone wins.

(meet at Balzer field to head up the reservoir trail!)

2nd Saturday of the Month: 9:30am in Los Gatos
(FREE class at Baby Buzz!)
*Please note that will be traveling during class so please be sure to be there on time to avoid missing us!
*STROLLGA is a yoga-inspired stroller fitness class that we will be introducing during the 2nd half of our classes on Thursdays. It's a wonderful class that moms and babies love equally so get ready to stretch!

Stay and play after class while we make some turkey art using our little one's hand! This will be a little something you can hang up year after year! Bring a snack to share. Thursday December 1, 2011: Story Time
Stick around after class while we read stories to our little ones and lounge around. Warm drinks and snacks will be provided!
