Knocking on Doors In late October, 60 high school students from 20 Chicagoland schools spent two days in Wisconsin campaigning for the presidential candidate of their choice by going door-to-door and making phone calls. They even had the opportunity to meet the Mayor of Milwaukee! WGN News covered the event.

Say Hello When You Vote
Today, over 2,100 Mikva youth are serving as Election Judges across Chicagoland through our Student Judge Program. Though many are not yet of voting age, these young people are already learning their way around the polling place.

Advocating for Change
Our Youth Governance Programs work with City Hall and Chicago Public Schools to address top youth issues ranging from improving school culture, reducing youth obesity, increasing teen employment, and taking a stand on youth violence. This fall, they released policy papers outlining their innovative recommendations to solve these tough issues.
