Friend,

The New Year is almost here and we at Nicholas House are proud of what we’ve achieved in 2017, but are looking ahead to new opportunities in 2018.

In 2018, we plan to do so much more to make an impact for homeless families in metro Atlanta. We will continue to work with partners in DeKalb County, Fulton County and the City of Atlanta Continuum of Care to make family homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring by 2020 and hope to expand our apartment-based programs to meet the need of more homeless families than ever before.

Our staff and Board are passionate about Nicholas House’s mission of helping homeless families achieve self-sufficiency, but we cannot continue to make transformative change for homeless families without your help.

Please consider supporting our plans in 2018 by making a tax-deductible gift before year-end.

What your gift can do:

  • $100 gives one month of transportation to work or job training for two homeless parents
  • $250 allows 5 homeless children to enjoy our free 8-week summer camp, Camp Nicholas, while their parents work
  • $500 provides one month of housing, meals and support for a homeless parent and child
  • $1,000 provides a homeless child one year of having their unique social, behavioral and academic needs met in our Youth Services Program

Your gift can change lives for homeless parents and children. Please join us in the fight to end family homelessness with your donation today.
Wishing you success and joy in the New Year,

Michael Jones

President, Nicholas House Board
