Women Build 2017
The exterior walls were raised on Saturday, 3/11, and we'll be building at the 2126 Zerby Street, PC site weekly.  Our goal is for the future homeowner, Wanda Boggs, to be in her new home by
Mother's Day.
We are thankful to have
Harbor Nissan
as our 2017 Title Sponsor.

We know the Build is a great way to meet new people, get some exercise and is more fun than "cleaning your home"! Click here to view the schedule.  If you are interested in learning more about how you can participate, please contact Jan Nick at 639-3162 or by email at [email protected].
Lot/Property Donations
If you own a lot that you don't plan to develop, please consider donating it to our affiliate. Call 941-639-3162 and ask for Jan for more information.  With your help, we can continue making a difference in Charlotte County.

Homeowner Opportunities

Habitat for Humanity is a partnership where families are involved in all aspects of building their future. In addition to an escrow deposit, Habitat for Humanity partner families are required to invest 300 hours of "sweat equity".  Homeowner mortgage payments are paid into a revolving fund which helps support the construction of new homes.  Please  click here  to go to our website to view additional information.

We invite you to attend a Homeowner Information Meeting at our office, located at 1750 Manzana Avenue, PG. Upcoming monthly meeting dates are scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on
April 11 and May 9.  Call 941-639-3162 to reserve a space.
