Hello Chipps! Can you believe that it is already March? Soon enough we will be sitting at the Andover Collins Center enjoying our 35th annual production "EXCELERATION"! But before we get to the recital there are some preparations and reminders that need refreshing. Below you will find all the important things going on in the month of March as we all prepare for the recital. We take great pride in our studio's ability to organize each student's recital details and our faculty and staff will be here to help you every step of the way. March 1-7th, 2014
Parents are invited to watch your dancers during the last 5 minutes of each class this week! Your dancers will be showing you some of the things that they have been working on in each of their classes and teachers will be going over important announcements at this time. We hope to see you there!

You will be receiving your detailed recital information package when you pay your March tuition. Please make sure that you read through this information thoroughly and ask our administrative staff any additional questions.
The following information is included in your Recital Package
-Recital Packet explaining every step of the recital process and important dates -Which show your child will be participating in on Saturday, May 17, 2014 (Show Times are 10:00am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm or 7:00pm) and each show order
-What he/she needs for shoes, tights and hair styles for each routine
-Individual Picture Information & sign ups procedures
-Recital DVD & T-Shirt Order Forms
-2014 Summer Workshop Schedules & Registration Information

Recital costume prices have been finalized. This means that all costume credits and balances have been applied to your dancer account. Please check in with the front desk before sending in your March Tuition for your correct total.

Pick your Lottery Number March 1st - 31st
When your March tuition is paid, each student will pick a lottery number at random. This will determine your appointment time to purchase recital tickets at the studio. We will post your appointment times at the beginning of April and all appointments will be held April 28th-May 3rd. For more information please refer to your recital package. Our administration will help guide you along the way.

March 14-16th, Starpower Competition, Andover, MA
The 2014 Nancy Chippendale Competition Team travels to Andover on March 14-16th to compete at Starpower and then to Onstage NY, March 21st-23rd in Lowell, MA. It's that time of year again...COMPETITION SEASON is here! Don't miss your opportunity to hang with your fellow CHIPPS as they get psyched for the season. All members of the Nancy Chippendale Competition Team are invited to attend. Dancers will be served pizza and showcase their competition dances to the whole 2014 Comp Team! Please wear your dance clothes and bring all dance shoes and a drink. GO CHIPPS!

Open Hip Hop Master Class - Ages 9 and Up
March 8, 2014 - 10:30-12:00pm
Alex Fetbroth is originally from the Boston area and is now dancing professionally in Hollywood, CA. He can be seen dancing with today's hottest musicians on tour, at music festivals and at awards shows. Film/TV credits include Hannah Montana The Movie, The Today Show, So You Think You Can Dance. Alex has worked with many notable choreographers including Tabitha and Napoleon, Jamal Sims, Dave Scott, Kevin Maher, Misha Gabriel, Nick Bass, Kenny Wormald and many more. Alex also teaches regularly at Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles.
