Dear CSAH community,

Osteoporosis, like many other health conditions, had its fair share of media coverage throughout the years. It was even strongly associated with milk in the early 90's  with the tag line "milk does a body good." Since then, numerous articles  have shown this might not be the case and may even be harmful.

So perhaps it's time to dive into the research around Osteoporosis and health in later life so that kids, adults and older adults today can make better, evidence-informed decisions and not follow media hype when it comes to their health. Take a look inside this issue for information on osteoporosis.
