The Healthy Lifestyles Project Turns Focus to Coping Skills

The Healthy Lifestyles Project, is a special four part series in nutrition, exercise, cognitive health and coping skills, that began in September. The series aims to provide workshops that teach new skills or healthy options to anyone impacted by cancer in the different focus areas.

The third part of the series begins this month and will focus on building healthy coping skills through therapeutic music and art activities.

The Healthy Lifestyles Project is made possible by The Harold D. Franks Cancer Fund of the Community Foundation of Broward.
