Student Appreciation Luncheon
|
With community service being an ongoing part of life at South Hills, we make sure to take a day to honor the student members of our various
clubs and service organizations with our annual Student Appreciation Luncheon. We treat them to lunch and present them with awards and certificates of recognition for the volunteer hours they've given throughout the school year.
We are very proud of our students and wouldn’t be who we are without them, and this is our way of thanking them for a job well done.
State College and Lewistown held their 2017 luncheons on February 21. Lewistown's event featured special guest speaker, Deborah Bargo, Mayor of the Lewistown Borough (top photo). Altoona's luncheon will be held after the start of the Spring Term.
