Even though the calendar says it is spring, it doesn't feel like it yet! But CASBHC has spring fever! Before we know it,  CASBHC's statewide conference will be here. It will be held on Friday, May 5th, 2017 (more details below). Also SBHC Advocacy Day at the State Capitol is Wednesday, April 26th, 2017 (more details below). 
Below check out an article about how experts are warning of an increase of Lyme Disease this season. If you are interested in learning more, there is a Lyme Disease workshop at the CASBHC conference this year. CASBHC was able to participate in the Oral Health Advocacy Day at the Capitol, check out our table below! The CT State Dental Association has released its newly revised oral health curriculum that now include online modules (link below). As always thank you for your support of CASBHC. CASBHC was excited to take part in Oral Health Advocacy day at the Capitol on Wednesday March 8th. We had so much fun meeting other organizations, legislators, and the public all while promoting the importance of oral health and SBHCS!!
