WHAT:
Davide Palluda is the chef/owner of Ristorante all'Enoteca located in Canale, Italy. In 2000, he was named the best young chef in Italy by the Espresso Restaurant Guide and that same year he received one star from the Michelin Guide and has continued to receive that rating every year since. Palluda's only other California guest chef appearance will be at Mario Batali's restaurant La Mozza in Los Angeles.
The prix fixe menu, prepared by guest chef Davide Palluda, will consist of five courses, accented with black truffle, each paired with the wines of Ca' Rossa.
Also in attendance at the dinner will Ca' Rossa Winery winemaker/owner Angelo Ferrio whose wines often receive the coveted Tre Bicchieri (three glasses) award from the top Italian wine guide Gambero Rosso.
The pairing of Davide Palluda's Ristorante all'Enoteca Michelin starred cuisine with Ca' Rossa's award winning wines brings the Piemonte region of Italy to life in spectacular fashion at Donato Enoteca.
