For this dinner we are very pleased to have Brian Duncan of Bin 36 wines from California, and Bin 36 restaurants out of Chicago, here to represent his wines and be our wine speaker. This is his 3rd time to be our guest for one of these dinners, so if you have had the pleasure of meeting him before then you know how much fun his dinners are, and if you haven't experienced his charm, this will be a great opportunity for you! Brian is a well-repected Restaurateur and Winemaker who has been nominated for a James Beard Award for Outstanding Wine Service multiple times, and is known for his wine education at his restaurants in Chicago. This will be a 5-course dinner paired with 4 different wines, and will be $69 per person, all inclusive.
The Cafe will be closed to the general public the evening of the event and open exclusively for the wine dinner.
